Shipping Policy
We ship from Maryland USA with USPS (United States Postal Service). Our free shipping option takes 3-6 business days for domestic orders and 7-30 business days for Canada orders.
We have fast shipping options for domestic and Canada orders at a charge of $2 per sunglasses with a maximum of $10 per order. The fast shipping orders reach you within 2-3 business days for USA orders and 7-10 business days for Canada orders.
We also ship internationally using USPS at a charge of flat $4 per order. The international orders reach you within 10-30 business days.
We generate tracking number only for domestic orders while all other orders are provided with a custom label number that serves as a proof the order was handed to USPS. We would not start an investigation for international orders before 60 days. All orders are insured for free.
Returns & Exchange
We have a 100% full refund policy with no questions asked. You can return your orders within 7 days of receipt. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number needs to be requested via email before sending the order back. This helps us to keep a record. RMA number can only be issued via email. All orders can needs to be exchanged should also request the RMA number. Please email us at sales@sunglasseslove.com from the same email address that was used to place the order. Let us know your order number, exchange or return request and reason for return. We will issue the RMA numbers and return instructions. Simply send us back the sunglasses and we will process the request accordingly. No RMA number will be issued after 7 days of order receipt. The fast shipping charges are non-refundable.
